PC Configuration under 20000

Over the past few years I've suggested and written articles upon various PC configurations for a variety of price sections but I noticed that many of us need a very basic computer especially those with a very tight budget or for those who just want their first PC or a PC for their kids to polish their skills upon.

So today we'll come to a PC configuration that'll cost you just around Rs. 20000!
Below are the hardware that we'll use and yes I've personally tested this configurations so you can buy them as they are mentioned over here:

Intel 3.06 GHz LGA 1156 Core i3-540 Processor: Rs. 5000

This is the basic Intel processor i3 but packs a lot of performance and is ideal for basic to medium usage ranging from office work to medium gaming. Key features
  •     32 nm Manufacturing Process
  •     3.06 GHz Clock Speed
  •     Intel HD2500 Graphics
  •     73 W Maximum Thermal Design Power (TDP)
  •     64-bit Architechture
  •     Desktop Processor
  •     2 Cores

Intel Original Motherboard DZ68AF LGA1155: Rs. 3700

Manufactured by Intel this is the cheapest yet the most performance oriented motherboard available in the market today. Key features:
  • Max Memory support- 32GB
  • Upto 1066Mhz Frequency support
  • Dual Channel Memory support
  • PCI-eX16 port for easy GPU installation
  • 4XUSB 2.0
  • 3 years warranty

Transcend DDR3-1333 DDR3 4 GB PC DRAM: Rs. 2094

A trusted brand and a lot of performance at a very reasonable price. Best part all the stats are very commonly available so you can upgrade the RAM easily with another module fitted in the one un-used slot on your motherboard. Key feature:
  •     DDR3-1333
  •     DIMM Memory Module
  •     240-pin Configuration
  •     9 CAS Latency

Seagate Barracuda 500GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive: Rs. 2900

Not much to be said as the brand says it all. Key features:
  • 3.5 inch Form Factor
  • SATA 6.0 Gbps Interface
  • 64 MB Cache Memory
  • 7200 RPM Spin Speed
  • Average Seek Time - 9.5 ms (Write)
  • 1 TB HDD
  • 300000 Load / Unload Cycles

Intex Ripple with 450W SMPS inbuilt: Rs. 1200

This is a mid-tower cabinet with a 450W SMPS inbuilt that gives more than enough output for all the above mentioned components. Has provision for a 120mm exhaust fan at the back and a 80mm fan on the side panel along with its 80mm fan built into the SMPS. This is more than enough to keep anything available in this range cool.

Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive: Rs. 975

I know we guys in India still use optical drives so here is one that's both good on the price tag as well as performance. Key features:
  • SATA Interface
  • 48x CD-R Write
  • 5.25 inch Form Factor
  • 24x DVD Write

LG E1642C 15.6 inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor: Rs. 4600

A brand that i personally trust and use, LG. This is a nice little monolithic design monitor that looks both brilliant and performers more than any other in this price range. Key features:

  • 1366 x 768 pixel Resolution
  • 5000:1 Contrast Ratio
  • 15.6 inch LED Backlit LCD Display
  • Brightness: 250 nits
  • HD Display

So this was the best PC configuration that you can get in Rs. 20000. Keyboard-mouse combo and speakers can be any and depend on your personal preferences.
Note: Add the cost of OS to the above configuration or download Ubuntu OS for free.

  1. Hello,
You've decided some what the right parts so nothing much is needed to be changed over here though the right choices will be as follows:
    1. Processor : Intel core i5 4460
    2. Motherboard : Asus b85m-g
    3. Ram : gskill sniper f3 8gbsr1 (4+4) Dual channel
    4. HDD : Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 7200RPM
    5. Graphic card : Asus Strix GTX 960
    6. PSU : Corsair VS550 550 Watt
    7. Cabinet : antec x1-t

If you are getting all this withing 50K then its a very good deal indeed, if you still have some extra cash left then invest in a 64GB SSD as that'll help you load up files faster while working on Photoshop or After Effects plus the processing time would be greatly reduced.
Feel free to ask any further questions.

    1. From an online retailer since the prices are quite low over there in general but also check once with your local dealers sometimes some particular component is cheaper in the local market.

    1. Hello,
Your budget is quite low but we can still build a system that can run most of the games along with GTA V at respectable settings. The configuration would be as follows --

      CPU: Intel i3 4150 Rs 8500
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Rs 3700
      RAM:Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 (4+4) Rs 3400
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs 3500
      Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 240 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 Rs 5000
Case/PSU: Any from iBall or Zebronics

This configuration will run most of the games at high to medium settings on 720p resolution.
Feel free to ask any further questions.

    2. Hi can u suggest me whether and A8 7600 process is good....

      Delete
    3. Hello,
The AMD A8 7600 is a decent CPU but in the present time if you just want something for gaming then the i3 6100 is a better option over the 7600 due to better performance and easy future upgradability since the FM2+ platform is nearly dead.
So if you already own a motherboard that supports the A8 7600 then go for it otherwise look at the i3 6100 or something similar.

    1. Hello Kadhir,
Well for 20K I can surely suggest you a configuration that will more than take care of all your mentioned needs.
The configuration would be as follows --

      CPU: Intel i3 4150 Rs 8500
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Rs 3700
      RAM:Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 (4+4) Rs 3400
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs 3500
      Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 240 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 Rs 5000
Case/PSU: Any from iBall or Zebronics

This will cost you around 25K and is worth spending that 5K more for a very competitive build but still if you are tight on budget then swap the followings -
      RAM: ZION Gaming 8GB (4+4) DDR3 RAM Rs. 2600
      Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI HD6450 2GB DDR3 Rs 3400

This will bring the price well withing your budget since market prices tend to be lower than what I've coated here.
Feel free to ask any further questions.

    1. Hello,
Well 25K is not a very good budget for a Gaming PC but we can still manage some good parts in that which will work nicely for these games, the PC would just lack multitasking abilities like any video conversion in the background etc but for sole gaming it will get the job done running them at respectable settings.
The configuration would be as follows --

      CPU: Intel i3 4150 Rs 8500
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Rs 3700
      RAM:Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 (4+4) Rs 3400
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs 3500
      Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 240 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 Rs 5000
Case/PSU: Any 450W from iBall or Zebronics

You ca nrun most of the games at high settings with this and GTA V would run at medium settings due to it being very much resource intensive.

  6. Thanks a lot mate!! Few more queries , nvidia or AmD which is better in terms of graphics card. And if I go for Intel i5 will it make difference?? Thanks

    1. There is no clear winner between AMD or nVidia in the near 5K division but yes if you are aiming for a card which goes near or over 10K then nVidia has better options in form of the GTX 750ti or the GTX 950.
Obviously the i5 4440 or the i5 4460 will make a huge difference in performance so if you can add another 4K to the budget for the CPU then go for the i5 4440 instead.

    1. Hello,
Since its for a Cyber Cafe so the specifications would be at a bare minimum for daily & mild use with scope for future upgrades if required.
The configuration would be as follow --

      CPU: Intel i3 4130 Rs 7500
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Rs 3700
      RAM: Hynix 1333MHZ 4GB DDR3 Rs 800
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs 3500
Case/PSU: Any from iBall or Zebronics
Monitor: AOC 15.6 inch LED Backlit LCD Rs 3800

This will be more than enough and will cost you roughly 24K tops with the highest possible market prices in India.

    2. Thank you soo much.I will now be able to choose better. And should i buy Asus Optical drive or Sony? And a Smps with 450w or 500w?

    3. And please suggest me a Asus motherboard in place of Giga. Am a too loyal customer for Asus mobs. Thanks in advance.

    4. Optical drive can be any since they really don't have much difference if you are buying one from a reputed brand.
I'd say you get 500W of PSU if there isn't much of a price difference since that'll allow you to a budget graphics card in future if required to any of your systems to turn it into a moderate gaming PC for customers.
If you want Asus then the Asus H81M-CS is a good alternative to what I've suggested.

    6. Vishvesh sorry to bother you again. But the guys from the store is suggesting to use AMD PROCESSORS AND CHIPSET. As it will cut the cost. Can you suggest a AMD configuration?

      Delete
    7. Hello,
An AMD will definitely cut cost but will diminish any hopes for a future upgrade if required.
The one I've suggested you is with the LGA 1150 socket which has a plethora of processors to choose and upgrade from whenever required saving you the cost of a new motherboard in the due process whereas all the present AMD processors including the most powerful ones have the AM3+ socket which has no future road map for new processors so for any substantial upgrade a new processor along with a new motherboard would be required.
So its up to you if you plan to use your system strictly for office and day to day work then AMD would be fine but if you plan to upgrade any of your systems in the future then Intel is the better option as of now.

    1. Hello,
For 25K the best configuration that will fulfill all your requirements should be as follows --

      CPU: Intel i5 4440 Rs 12000
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Rs 3700
      RAM: Hynix 1333MHZ 8GB DDR3 (4+4)Rs 1600

Graphics Card: Zotac nVidia GT 730 1GB DDR5 Rs 5000
Case/PSU: Any from iBall or Zebronics

If you want a full PC configuration then add the following to it by subtracting the graphics card:
Monitor: AOC 15.6 inch LED Backlit LCD Rs 3800
      Keyboard/Mouse: iBall Superio Rs 900

    1. Hello,
This is a mismatched gaming configuration to be true since you've paired a powerful processor which is obviously needed for such games with a weak graphics card which is the most important component for running games even more than the processor.
I suggest that you get the Sapphire RX 460 2GB DDR5 instead since its quite better and can handle these games at respectable settings.

      Delete
    2. Thanks a lot for correction mate. Well I'm new to this PC world. Really appreciated for your guidance . one more query , what would you suggest from NViDia gpu model in replacement of sapphire RX460 2Gb.??? Any good option available in nvidia for the same specifications as rx460 .

      Delete
    3. Its alright that's the reason why I'm here to help.
To be true no nVidia Graphics Card can beat the RX 460 for that price point, you can go for the GTX 960 but then the RX 470 is better than that at the same price.
The RX series from AMD is very competent and moreover future proof with support for newer technologies aswell.

      RAM: Hynix 1333MHZ 8GB DDR3 (4+4)Rs 1600

Graphics Card: Zotac nVidia GTX 750Ti 2GB DDR5 Rs 10000

    1. Hello,
Everything seems good but the RAM is a bit low I suggest you increase it to 8GB since that's the bare minimum for gaming and other graphics intensive work.
Graphics Card for 6K can be the Zotac nVidia GT 730 2GB DDR5 which is good enough for gaming but don't expect it to be very competent since its an entry level card.

    2. Thanks Vishvesh.

1 more question wat is the major difference b/w Asus b85m-g and Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1.

I will surely go for 8 gb.

Do i need to purchase a good psu or any 550+ watt can work fine. Well suggest any.

      Delete
    3. A lot actually.
The Asus B85M-G has four DIMM Slots supporting upto 32GB of memory and comes with 4 SATA 3 connectors and 4 USB 3.0 ports onboard. Also there is HDMI and DVI port for display out.
Whereas the Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 will offer you only two DIMM slots for a totla of 16GB memory, 2 SATA 3 ports and 2 USB 3.0 ports with only a D-SUB ports for display out.
The display ports are not that big of an issue if you are using a discrete graphics card but the rest of the features do make a difference especially the DIMM slots since one might want to put four RAM sticks in future.
Otherwise both motherboards are very well build and have no issues as such.

A 550W PSU is more than fine for your build just get it fro ma reputed brand like Antec or Corsair especially the Antec VP series are very good for the budget range.

    4. Thanks alot Vishvesh !!

      Finally got my PC.

      Final Build:-
      Intel i5 4460
      Asus b85m-g
      1 tb seagate
8 GB ram HyperX 1866(I doubt if it is compatible with my MOBO, thought evrything is working fine for now.)
      Antec x1-t
      GPU Zotac nVidia GT 730 2GB DDR5
      PSU..500 Watt

Please suggest a good UPS for my PC also.

      Delete
    5. Hey!
Happy to hear that! Congrats on your new PC do share the pics on my Facebook page if possible.
The memory will work fine don't worry but not at the full 1866Mhz since the motherboard can't support that high frequency.
For the UPS you can simply get the Intex Protector 725 nothing too high end or fancy is required.

      Delete
    6. hi vishvesh,

i am still confused in selecting UPS...as per the shopkeeper if i have 500 watt smps it cannot run on intex protector 725. they said i need to go for 800 VA ups.

      kindly suggest

      Delete
    7. The Shopkeeper is correct about the 500W PSU but what he is overlooking over here is that your system total power consumption even under full load is not above 210W so though a 800VA UPS would do just fine and provide you with more than enough headroom to upgrade in the future but right now its a sheer waste of money.
So if you are getting a very competitive deal on the 800VA UPS then only opt for it or else go with the 725 as it has 360W of output and can support any major upgrade in your system for the next year or two.

    1. Hello,
You have a very tight budget of just Rs 5000 in which you require a CPU, Motherboard, RAM and I suppose a hard drive aswell.
I'll recommend a configuration which is as cheap as possible but will be fit for your requirements:
      CPU:AMD A4 4020 Rs 2400
      Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A68HM-S1 Rs 3900
      RAM: Symtronics 4GB DDR3 Rs 1000
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 320 GB Rs 1350

For this budget & use I'd suggest that you go for the following -
      CPU: Intel G3240 3.1Ghz Rs 4800
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S RS 3799
      RAM: Transcend JetRam 4GB DDR3 Rs 2100
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB Rs 3300
Case/PSU: Any iBall or Intex Rs 1100
      Monitor: LG 16' LG16M37A Rs 4500
Keyboard-Mouse: Gamdias GKC 100 Gaming Combo Rs 1100

This would be a nice configuration to take care of all your need & even upgradable for the future.

    1. Hello,
Thank you so much for the appreciation.
Since you want just the PC configuration without any peripherals for around Rs 15K I suggest that you opt for the following --

      CPU: Intel G3240 3.1Ghz Rs 4800
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S RS 3799
      RAM: Transcend JetRam 4GB DDR3 Rs 2100
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB Rs 3300
Case/PSU: Any iBall or Intex Rs 1100

This configuration would cost you around the same price leaving enough to add a monitor and keyboard-mouse combo. Its good for MS Office and web browsing and has provision for adding components in future if required for easy upgradability.

    1. The G4400 is a bit better than the G3240 but the main reason to buy it, if you cab get it at a competitive price, is that its a gen ahead of the G3240 so its a bit more future proof plus easier to upgrade in future.
If you plan to get it then replace the mentioned motherboard with the Gigabyte H110M-S2 motherboard it'll cost you around Rs 4,800
Seagate HDDs are good no doubt but recently the batches being shipped have reported faulty units at large so I'd suggest a WD Blue for current builds.

    1. Transcend is not a bad brand if you are on a budget but since you are willing to spend a little extra over your budget then go for the ASUS H110M-C motherboard along with a G.Skill Ripjaws V 4GB 2400Mhz or the HyperX FURY 4GB 2133Mhz memory kit which ever you can get cheaper since they both are priced equally. Corsair Vengeance 4GB 2133Mhz DDR4 kit is also good but is priced higher with similar performance so the Kingston and G.Skill offerings are a bit better in comparison.
If you can afford then buy two sticks to have a total of 8GB for future proofing or else 4GB would also do fine since your is mostly office & web browsing work.

    1. Hello,
For 20K you can get the following configuration -
      CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.70 Rs 8900
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2 Rs 4200
      RAM: Corsair 4GB DDR4 2133MHz Rs 2400
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs 3500
Case/PSU: Any from iBall or Zebronics

Now since this build lacks a graphics card you'll need to buy a graphics card atleast the GT 730 2GB DDR5 to play games like GTA V on respectable settings or run programs like Sony Vega since they rely heavily on CPU and GPU power.
I don't recommend lowering the CPU or anything else as that build would be both outdated and sub power for your required work.

In 25K you can get the following -

      CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.70 Rs 8900
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2 Rs 4200
      RAM: Corsair 4GB DDR4 2133MHz Rs 2400
      Graphics Card - nVidia GT 730 2GB DDR5 Rs 4500
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs 3500
Case/PSU: Any from iBall or Zebronics

This configuration would let you play games at decent frame rates but I still suggest that you increase you budget a bit and get one more stick of 4GB DDR4 RAM and increase the graphics card to atleast the RX 460, RX 550 or the GTX 1050 mini to get the maximum of of your PC by minimal increase since the games you plan to play are very resource intensive and need good hardware.

    1. Your budget is a bit low for your requirements and you at least need to spend around 25K for the below configuration which is the bare minimum for your usage.

      CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.70 Rs 8900
      Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2 Rs 4200
      RAM: Corsair 4GB DDR4 2133MHz Rs 2400
      Graphics Card - MSI GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 Rs 4500
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs 3500
Case/PSU: Any from iBall or Zebronics

Now this is what you will need if you are aiming to run latest or upcoming games at respectable setting anything lower would be a bottleneck or fail to run such games in the first place.
Kindly increase you budget slightly to make your investment worth it.

In case you can stretch it a bit then buy the Cooler Master Elite 310 along with the Antec Bp450 450W but this would add around 3K extra to your budget and is worth it for longer and more reliable usage.

    1. Hello Seraj,
For your budget and requirements the configuration suggested by your friend is just fine as your task doesn't require anything too fancy.
You can go with this configuration no doubt. If you have any doubts regrading models and all then feel fee to ask me.

    2. Thanks Vishvesh, Can you please guide me about cabinet(including power supply) and ups brands which I should buy for the above mentioned configuration.
Also I am going for Dell 19inches monitor.

    3. I will be grateful if you can update me regarding any other finer point/details of the above mentioned configuration.

      Delete
    4. If you want a cabinet and PSu combo then you can go for the Zebronics Bermuda Cabinets with 450 watts SMPS. Its basic and enough to power all your components easily and safely.
Yes a 19' full HD or even a HD ready monitor is fine since you work is mainly text based and not graphical so a Dell or Samsung monitor is good enough.
To lay out your configuration in a more detailed manner then it would be as follows -
      CPU - Intel Core i3 7th Gen 7100 3.90 GHz
      Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2
      RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB DDR4 2133Mhz
HDD - Western Digital Blue 1TB

Now since you are on a budget a Ryzen 3 CPU is not advisable since you'll need a bare minimum graphics card to take the output as the AMD Ryzen 3 CPU even though being more power ful than the i3 7100 doesn't come with dedicated graphics. Also you won't see any difference between the two considering your work load which is office based and quite light. Don't go for a i3 6100 which is 6th Gen over the i3 7100 which is 7th Gen since they are priced identical but the 7100 is marginally better than the former.
Motherboard and HDD are basic so nothing fancy is needed right there either. The RAM is the basic 2133Mhz for DDR4 category and will be enough to run your system well without any hiccups. You can always add another identical stick in future if you feel like since the motherboard has the provision for that aswell.
So all in all its a basic value for money configuration for the kind of work you intend to perform so go for it without any second thoughts.

    Replies
    1. Hello,
To put it simply, SSD stands for Solid State Drive and is the next generation of storage devices which offer higher read/write speeds over a conventional HDD or Hard Disk Drive. Its also more reliable in most of the cases due to the absence of any moving parts like that in a HDD. Sadly they are more expensive over the latter so still they are used along with a HDD for economical purposes.
Since your work is mostly light and based on single cores so I'd suggest the following configuration -
      CPU - Intel Core i3 7th Gen 7100 3.90 GHz
      Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2
      RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB DDR4 2133Mhz
HDD - Western Digital Blue 1TB
Cabinet/PSU - Zebronics Bermuda Cabinets with 450 watts SMPS

This configuration would cost you under 30K leaving a slight margin to accommodate for the price differences in your area.

Well for around 20K you can get the following configuration -

      CPU - Intel Core i3 7th Gen 7100 3.90 GHz
      Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2
      RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB DDR4 2133Mhz
HDD - Western Digital Blue 1TB
      Cabinet/PSU - Zebronics Bermuda with 450W PSU

This would cost you roughly around your budget and can be easily upgraded in future as per your requirements be it in terms of a more RAM, a new mid range graphics card or even a new CPU.

    1. Hello,
For you budget I suggest you look at this configuration for a PC under Rs 25K that I've published recently -

      http://vishveshtech.blogspot.in/2018/01/best-pc-configuration-under-rs-25000.html

Now you say that you want an Intel i5 processor which over here would be the Intel Core i5 7500 or the i5 7600 both of which can be used bt replacing the G4560 suggested in the configuration and still be in your budget. But the problem is that you won't be able to run any heavy games with the integrated graphics on the processor and need a graphics card to do that job so I suggest that you go with the Intel G4560 as I've used in the configuration and use the extra 10K on a graphics card to make a much more competent PC, don't worry as the Intel G4560 won't bottleneck your graphics card and is a very good processor for playing gaming at 1080p or below with a competent graphics card.
i suggest you get the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 550 4GB GDDR5 OC for Rs 9200 or the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 560 4GB GDDR5 for Rs 11600 if you stretch your budget a bit.
Ig you go by this then you'll have a good gaming PC configuration to run all the games you want to at medium to high settings on 1080p resolution.
In the extras you'll need a keyboard and mouse combo which you can choose as per your budget along with a monitor which I suggest should be a full HD one and a Windows 10 64Bit professional which you can buy from the source of your choice.

No a SSD isn't required to use Windows 10 or any other OS for that matter. You won't witness any lag as such just slower loading boot time, loading time in applications and in games since any SSD is much faster than a mechanical drive.

  41. Hi. Further to my above query, could you suggest a configuration (CPU) only for 20-25K with graphics card for gaming which is future proof for 3-4 years

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hello,
For this budget getting a CPU with a decent graphics card is impossible especially if you are looking for a system that would last you for the next 3-4 years or so as for that you need a graphics card of the potential of atleast the AMD RX 570 or Nvidia GTX 1060 which is for gaming at full HD resolution, anything thing above that and you need a better graphics card than these.
But you can go for the newly launched AMD Ryzen 5 2400G APUs which come with inbuild Vega 11 GPU which is at par with the Nvidia GT 1030 or the AMD RX 550 in terms of graphics performance and will easily run most games at medium to low at 720p or even at 1080p if you like to play games like CS:GO etc
The configuration would be as follows -

      CPU -Ryzen 5 2400G Rs 12,900
      Motherboard - ASUS PRIME B350M-A Rs 6,500
      RAM - ADATA 8GB (4+4) DDR4 2400Mhz AX4U240038G16-SRZ Rs 6,000
      HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB Rs 3,300
Case and PSU - iBall Axton with 450W SMPS Rs 2,200

Now this is the best for your budget and you can always add a graphics card and a better case and PSU later on when you have the budget until which this will do the job for you.
Its a bit over you budget I know and you can swap the 2400G with a 2200G to bring it within your budget limit but believe me the extra few bucks are worth it.
Feel free to ask any further questions.

Its really nice of you to be gifting your son anew PC for all his school and recreational work.
I suggest you go for the below mentioned configuration which would take care of all his needs including moderate gaming aswell -

      CPU -Ryzen 5 2400G Rs 12,900
      Motherboard - MSI B360M PRO-VDH Rs 6,500

      HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB Rs 3,300
Case and PSU - iBall Axton with 450W SMPS Rs 2,200

This configuration is not only sufficient but also has ample room for future upgrades if and when required at minimum to zero extra cost on the existing hardware.

    1. Hello,
Well your budget is not too low but since you require a monitor within the same it would be impossible to include a mid-range graphics card to the build here while keeping all the other parts upto the latest generation to avoid any future upgrades.
I recommend you go for the following and add a bigger main stream graphics card like the GTX 1050Ti or a RX 570 later on when your budget allows, for now this build will help you run all these games at medium to low settings on 720p resolution without any lags.

CPU - Intel G4560 Kaby Lake Dual Core 3.5 GHz Rs 4,200
      Motherboard - ASUS H110M-D Rs 4,700
      RAM - G.Skill RipJaws V 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz Rs 6,000
      Graphics Card - Gigabyte NVIDIA GT710 2GB DDR5 Rs 5,000
      HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB Rs 3,300
Case and PSU - iBall Axton with 450W SMPS Rs 2,200
Monitor - Dell 22' Full HD Monitor Rs 7,500

Its a bit over your budget but the little extra is worth spending. Later on you can upgrade the graphics card and won't see any bottleneck from the processor while gaming.

    1. I have replied to this same question of yours on my other two articles too, still here is the answer to your query.
For that budget and requirement I recommend you go for the SAPPHIRE RADEON RX 550 2GB GDDR5 OC PULSE or the ZOTAC GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5. I'd go for the RX 550 as its a bit faster but then it depends on your personal choice and availability in your area.
The only possible upgrade to these will be a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB DDR5 but for that you need to stretch your budget till around 15K or so.
